Is anyone else having problems with KOL using firefox?
I get almost all of the game but the map and places dont show up.
I can click around and hit things but cant see what I click till it comes up.

 

I forgot to say all the graphics are gone. Everything shows but those.

 

i use only firefox and havent had any problems with KOL......tho the last couple days its seemed like it lagging or something, but everything shows up

 

Wonder if it is the java or something.

 

If you have NoScript, make sure the domain is allowed. I've noticed that I don't have any combat graphics (the picture beside "You're fighting a _____"). Maybe it has to do with Adblock or dutchblock, since I've allowed the domain. I'll have to fiddle around with it.

There is absolutely no graphics. Combat or other. I have tried all I can think of. So now I just use IE or play by guessing at where to click lol.

 

Forgive the extreme n00bishness, but how do I send kmail?

 

if you havent found out yet
click on the messages link in KOL
and then write a message
you might have to use the search a player option

an easier way might be to go to the clan pane and click on the clan leaders name
then scroll down to the bottom and i believe that a send this player a message option is there

Hell, I still feel like I am thrashing about not doing anything very well. But I have had made some forward progress.

I've just been working out in the clan gym lots to get my stats up lol, Finally got the Goblin King after I manage to equip my Shiny Needle for a weapon!

 

I am up to 11th level now.

Been working on some stuff. I have so much food sitting around that I feel like a deli, but I can't keep booze around. I think I need to go to AA or something

jarcher my muti started one awhile ago. got all the furniture (expensive big time!) this is our welcome to the clan come join, help defeat the pyngoynz (thats the penguins true evil name, their leader pyngoselys introduced the "I" into our language to hide their true name and fool the masses.....it worked) also to post a comment in the clan it must be in haiku.

Working on the level 30 Disco Bandit trophy now. I'd ascend out of Oxycore to make it a bit easier, but I'm level 23 now so I might as well go all the way. I managed to get all the Crimbo toys and familiars and a couple other trophies, though.

Has anyone else been having image issues in Firefox 2.0?
For some reason combat opponent images (the ones beside "You're fighting...") and parts of some areas don't show up, like the middle row of Mt McLargeHuge and the inside of the Clan Rumpus Room. With 1.5.0.9 (or is it 8?) it works fine with all the same extensions. I have to switch to IE to get the locations working properly.

hell, I have been playing for 8 months now, every day, and have only gotten a 'semi-rare'

I know a guy that has been playing for a long time and he has only ever seen an ultra rare.

There is a reason that the ultra rares go for 120 million meat in the mall...

EDIT: I am using Firefox 2 and had no problems so far at all.

I play sporadically and I left the Majorgeeks clan because I felt I was no longer making enough of a contribution. I now run the Three Man Clan. I don't want any other members (hence the name and my two multis being members) since I do not play often enough.

The Majorgeeks clan was always very cool, but be please be prepared to actively contribute if you want to join (last I checked) rather than just floating along saying "Look at me, I'm in a clan!" If you are new they will help you along, but as you rise in level start donating meat. At least that is how it was right before I left. It may be different now. FatCatPeter (#562910) is the current leader. Check with him for details on how the clan is currently run.
