I've searched the forum and I don't see any threads about this particular program, so...

A couple of friends of mine have this Kazaa-esque program called "Kiwi Alpha". Basically, it seems to be like an updated "improved" version of Kazaa. I was wondering if anyone had heard of it and if they know whether or not it's a) good for the computer and b) under the same legal surveillance as Kazaa.

    Thanks!

    a) Well it isn't on any spyware lists AFAIK.
    b) It probably is. It uses existing networks which are probably already under surveillance.
