knoppix - wireless

    hi folks! i got a Knoppix Live CD and my PC has a wireless adapter card (linksys 802.11g)...is there a way I can use this under Knoppix? or how do you configure wireless cards in Linux so that I could access the internet. help greatly appreciated...thanks!

    give me the model number. gotta look up if it works with Linux, wireless is pretty hit and miss because of lack of drivers. Might be hard to do with Knoppix tho have to figure out how to reload the config each time you boot it.

    thanks wookie...i'm using Linksys WMP54G Wireless PCI Adpater. Knoppix told me that "No wireless card detected" when i clicked on wavelan configuration.
