Kotor?

Has anyone played it yet? A friend of mine (who is by no means a Star Wars fan) recommended it. Me, being a huge SW geek, want to play it, but I hate RPG's. Just wanted to see if anyone had an opinion about it.

 

Unfortunately, I haven't been able to get my hands on it to rent it. I don't have the money to spend $50 on a game right now, but as soon as I can, I'm going to rent it.

I've heard it's an amazing game. A guy at my local gaming store (little place called Gamers) said that he might actually buy an xbox now because of that game.

Badass, I just got my hands on a KOTOR rental. There goes my life for 5 days.

 

Has anyone else not left their room for hours because of this game?

I got off talis and just found what I was, "looking for," on tatooine. Got about 11 1/2 hours total gameplay so far and I get the hint that it's going to take another 30-40 before I beat this game.

I haven't gotten anywhere near that far into it... solely cause I have no time lately. But i have two days off back to back next week.... you bet your ass I'm gonna be glued to the game

 

up to 21 hours played. It looks to me like I'm going to beat this game in about 30 hours. I could be wrong, but it seems like it's coming down to an end.

Incredible game. It's a must have for all RPG fans.

 

I'm at 31 hours right now and I'm at the final fight. It's hard as hell! You'll see when you get there.

 

just beat it in a little under 41 hours

just call me darth obistud now

replaying it so i can fall in love with bastil and be good

 

I hate this game.

It devours all of my free time and won't let me play any other game.

Oh this game will truly be remebered as a classic. I love it. A question for asll you young Jedi out there what side of the force are you on? I personally I'm on the darkside. To be honest with you I'm all the way at the bottom (I'm not kidding). Its so kewl once you reach the bottom your skin changes colors. A GREAT GAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had to post a year later, I have had it that long, and am still playing it!!!!

I have been almost every possible combination
i.e. male/soldier/guardian/dark
. . .male/soldier/guardian/light
.....male/soldier/sentin/dark. . .etc

 

LOL. I just finished playing it for about the 6th time. Definitely different for the FPS fans, but it's the richest game I've ever played. Can't wait for KOTOR 2 to come out.
