    thank you,thank you,thankyou! oh, this is so much better. i 've got some stuff i want to work on but my page loading speed is up a little, i'm clean and protected and ready to see if i can tweak this thing . i stayed with ie5.5 as the last time i installed ie6 i had troubles and removed it. i'll probably change to a different forum to see whatelse i can learn. this has turned out to be a good educational experience. thank again for the patience. cya round

    You're welcome but if you follow the directions in the How to protect thread that I gave to you then you should have installed and started using Mozilla FireFox. It's much faster than IE, has tabbed browsing, includes popup blocking and more. And it is a whole lot safer than IE5.5
