Lacalut Aktiv Toothbrush

the main thing i am searching for...
is there a physical store that one can walk into, and buy a lacalut aktiv toothbrush.

now, as usual, my compulsion to over explain the background in a wordy, rambling sense

two years ago, i ordered some stuff from a german company that has a small presence here in the usa.
in the package was a free sample -> a lacalut aktiv toothbrush.
and it was one of those rare moments in life that changes everything.
it's the best freaking toothbrush known to man... i was able to buy a couple more from them (around $5 each), but was told that they do not sell them and they do not stock them.

so, ok, that's what the internet is for.... but... very few sites carry that brand, all in europe, and by the time shipping is added in, it's like $20 for a toothbrush.

so, no problem... my brother's wife travels to europe several times a year, and she has a friend who spends 5 to 6 months a year living and working in germany. i asked them, if they don't mind, to buy me some toothbrushes during one of their travels. they said sure, no problem. unfortunately though, they eventually gave up since no store in europe seems to stock lacalut aktiv toothbrushes. there is even a chain of stores, in germany, that sell nothing but toothbrushes, yet they do not sell the lacalut brand.

and, looking at the picture, the packaging that the toothbrushes come in, is made for a hanging store display. anyway, it's just weird... once i started using the lacalut aktiv toothbrush, every american toothbrush i have tried, since then, feels like sandpaper on my gums, i don't know how they make their plastic bristles different, but it's brilliant.

sigh... i don't know what to do. my brother's wife and her friend still travel extensively in and around europe, so if i could tell them... a store, called [this], in this city, located here, stocks lacalut aktiv toothbrushes, so they could physically walk into that store and buy some. that would be great. but i am kind of at a loss on how to do that.

it really is the little things in life that do matter.

I probably just spent more time on it than I needed to, but I did find a seller on Amazon who is in Germany that offers free shipping. Still $12.30 for the toothbrush, but it's better than $20!

You can email Lacalut in Germany. However, it seems the toothbrush has been discontinued.
