Lacie Big Disk

Hey everyone my new problem is my lacie big disk as I'm looking through my music area of the disk I can be half way down the file and it will automatically go to the top like I just clicked on the file anyone know how to stop this it is annoying,, Thanks

 

Not sure, but I wouldn't buy a lacie disk....they don't use very good components- just what ever is the cheapest.

 

I think your post needs some clarification and elaboration. Which model is it, and how about some details on it? Are you referring to software that came with it, to Windows Explorer, or what? Regarding a music file, what do you mean by "I can be half way down the file and it will automatically go to the top"?

 

sorry I was not thinking I bought a lacie big disk 500 gig and I'm running xpsp2 on a computer I put together the big disk is model d2 big disk and when Im in a folder scrolling through files in any folder as Im scrolling it reverts back to the top of the folder like I just opened it it is rather annoying just wondering what I need to do to stop this, most of the time I see this when Im scrolling through all the music I have saved on it as Im looking through the titles it jumps back up to the first title, and I have to go to the one I left off at. not sure If I was real clear here or made confusion worse sorry....
