LAN monitoring for Bandwidth usage.

    Hiya!

    Which app. do you prefer or experienced for a best result for monitoring workstations in LAN for bandwidth usage?
    Is there an app. for restricting and alerting? I've been looking, but can't seem to find one that has full explanation...
