could anyone tell me how i go about disabling my lan connection everytime i try doing it the usual way it comes up with

error disabling connection

it is not possible to disable the connection at this time.
the connection may be using one or more protocols that do not support
plug and play,or it may have been initiated by another useror system account

this needs to be disabled in order to run a program from my ip
