Laptop Blues

    have lenovo laptop with w10,trying to change desktop background,right click,personalie,background-picture,choose picture-choose fit then nothing,same background.go into pictures-choose a picture,right click,set as desktop background,then nothing,i can change the colour ok and all this workes on my desktop as usual but not on the laptop,any ideas?

    Weird issue and are you logged in as admin? as that's the only thing I can think of that would prevent you from changing the desktop or start image.
