Laptop Issues

My laptop boot up and shut down slow issues, and running issues and apps sometimes don't open or respond or freeze occasionally, and I don't know if my memory needs to be upgraded or not. Please help me fix the issues.

Even PCMag gives TotalDefense a 3 star review. I don't like to disparage anyone, but there are better malware solutions.

Looking at your specs, you really shouldn't have any issue with system speed and applications.

I recommend heading to the Malware forum and use the "Read and Run Me First" protocol.
