Laptop Issues

    Bought a Samsung X20 laptop and it keeps crashing. the dude i bought if from at the shop installed a 512 mb stick of ram which sits alongside the 256 md ram stick making the total ram roughly 768mb. just wonderin if anyone owns this laptop and if its problem prone ? it keeps crashing over and over.

    i've had it 1 day. brand new, out the box.

    Take her back to the Dude (sorry couldnt help that LOL) that you bought it from ..
    If this is not an option tryremoving the stick he put in and booting with only the original memory-- crashing as in error or just complete shut down mabye a heat issue--did it boot fine b4 the mem was installed??
