laptop keeps crashing

    I'm having some big problems with my laptop, it keeps crashing and giving me this error 0xa000001.

    I downloaded "whocrashed" and it says it's my graphics driver but I've no idea how to fix it. Any help would be great.

    Hi

    What PC laptop make and model do you have as well as what Windows version are you using? this will aid with driver for graphics

    Did you use a all in one driver app in the past to update drivers?

    Hi, my laptop specs are

    AMD A4-5000 APU
    Radeon HD 8330
    4GB
    I'm running windows 8.1

    I used AMD's driver detection tool to find the most recent and suitable graphics driver for me. I think I may have fixed it now tho by removing that driver, Not had any more BSOD.

    Have you tried uninstalling the driver??? Windows will re-install it again if it's corrupt.....
