laptop keying problem

Don't know what I did but now when I key something on the laptop my cursor keeps jumping all over the previous words and at times up the page to the title. Is anything. I can do? At first I was hitting the wrong key. Thank you in advance for any suggestion.

I have been trying to see If I have but I am not near it at the time. It jumps to the middle of the previous sentence even to different parts of the page. I thought that I possible soet it to automatically make the jumps somehat this point you can see how it jumped to the word set and inserted the o). Been working on this laptop for over a year now and this just started happening.

As far as I understand it all is set correctly. It isn't the mouse that is giving me the problem. The last two emails I sent, the cursor kept just dissappearing. On this one when I just hit the u key the cursor dissappeared.
