    Most laptops have two slots to put memory in.

    One is often tucked away right inside the case, there are usually removable panels on the underside giving access to the other one.

    You may have to ditch whatever is already in there to upgrade.

    I ran CPU-Z and it says it only has one RAM slot but on crucial it says there are two ram slots.

    on the bottom side of your computer in the middle there is a memory module if you remove the 2 screws you will see where your ram is seated there should be 2 slots.
