I need help please

I have the Inspiron B130 it hade a lot of client info on it so I had to scrub the drive. So then I tried to reload Win. XP and it wont take keeps goin blue screen says.

Problem Detected Shut Down To Prevent Damage

and I also have bios ver. A09 ( 06-29-2006 ) stuck in there dont kmow if I can update that first or if I have to first.

I appreciate any help or possible guidance to someone that can.

Describe what you scrubbed and the program you used to do it.

This is the only 7E error I found that seems in any way related; I'm pretty sure you are not installing from a remote installation service so it is probably not helpful.

it appears you might be trying to install from an XP disk with no service packs.
Read the first page of the thread because there is a link to directions for slipstreaming a SP to your XP disk.

The Drive Scrubber iolo tecknolories is what I used it has several options from single pass to dept of defense scrub. I had to get a XP disk with service pack 2 it loaded fine. That was close, thought I was going to have to shoot it like a wounded horse.
