    Hey guys,
I have charged my battery, and then taken it off my laptop and am running my laptop off my wall outlet while I'm at home. Would this damage anything at all?

No. The only foreseeable problem, if you are in the middle of doing something and the power goes out, windows/files could end up corrupted.
