   Hi
   I am trying to sort out my friends laptop for her and she uses avira antivir
   and she cannot get onto the desktop at all. Avira advises that she has a
   tr/pck.tdss.y.33 trojan.
   I have tried doing everything on the read and do thred but i can only do things on her laptop in safe mode...please help:-o
