    Hello all.
Here's the deal: I've got a laptop with a wireless modem in it (not wifi, 3G, if it makes a difference) and I'm trying to connect it to my PC using a LAN wire, so i could set up a network and use my laptop to connect to the internet on my PC. The problem is, it doesnt work lol :)
I had reinstalled Windows XP on my PC, so there could possibly be some files/drivers missing. I've installed intel ethernet drivers application and .NET framework 1.1 & 2.0.
Icons on both computers show that LAN is supposely working.
I tried using many guides found on the net, also tried network setup wizard, tried to "Allow sharing of my laptops connection with other computers on the network", turning off firewall, but to no avail.. I guess I'm overlooking something very simple but critical :)
Oooh, by the way, in Internet Explorers properties' connection list there are no options :/
If the information I have given is not enough (i bet it isnt lol), ask anything you like.
