Last Update = Sluggish

Hello version 1607 build 14393.51
Since the last update or service pack, my 4 1/2 year old Dells [lap and desk] with only 6 GB, Ram have been running slowly and the mouse is erratic. The pc actually freezes then recovers.

They were perfect before the update. Is anyone else experiencing problems. I am reading that is is a common issue all over the web
I was thinking of imaging back to before the update but the same update would occur again.
Any suggestions?

i have been reading about alot of problems with the 1607 update tonight. you are not the only person having problems, it appears the coding is glitchy, and i think its responsible for a few other threads i have read tonight having similar issues, one poor lady has been looking for hardware failure and rootkits, but her problem is surprisingly similar to your's, and im beginning to think it is the update patch. try rolling back pre update and see if it helps, (system restore or just delete the update and manually install the previous one) and if that does not work, then im not sure, but her problem was almost the same, erratic mouse jumping, very very slow, freezing and crashing, no virus or malware to be found.

Use defer until it is sorted out.
