Latest Edge Version Bug W/on-startup Specific Site?

    Opening Edge browser in Win7 defaults to a new tab window, not the set specific page for on-startup...which incidentally is MG. I've checked every possible setting. Also, opening taskbar web links (favorites from IE) in default Edge displays a new tab beside the opened favorite site name. Both issues an overnight occurrence with 91.0.864.37

    In Edge 91.0.864.37, the on startup page is ignored if Bing is not the address bar search engine. I assume/hope it's a bug.

    Thanks for the tip. Defaulting to Bing search also fixed the other complaint. I'll follow this issue to see how it resolves.

    Issue has disappeared. Bing no longer required as default search engine. Same Edge version.
