latest nvidia forceware=no overclocking?

I updated my forceware version to the february 7th release of 81.98.

Now I no longer have any oc'ing utility in my nvidia display, and my video card's clock speeds (gpu and mem) have both returned to a factory default of 500mhz/1.0ghz

Is there any kind of hack or something needed to get the oc'ing utility back, or an alternative program to use?
