Latest version of Fierfox 6.02

    I'm reading where there are a few bugs in it? I'm constantly being reminded of a newer version and it's becoming annoying. Is there a way to stop the reminders?

    Firefox 6.0.1 and 6.0.2 were security updates regarding DigiNotar Security Certificates.

    There are no bugs in those versions. I recommend you to at least install security updates unless you want to wind up in our Malware Forum. ;)

    Mozilla has issued many Firefox updates in recent months, and, yes, it can be annoying.
    However, it is important to keep up to date with security patches.

    You can alter the way Auto Updates is configured.
    There is a section here titled "How do I configure update options?"
    Updating Firefox

    Version 3.6 is still supported, but Mozilla prefers that you use the latest version.
