lCD COMPATIBLE....

    HI I want to know if a LCD screen from a Compaq Armada 7400..
    Will fit a Hp dv2000 ......

    The Hp is cracked and want to know if i dismantled the Compaq if the inverters
    and plus will fit right in....????

    If the screen is the same size it may work, but the inverter connection may be different. Try to get hold of service manuals for both machines before dismantling them. It makes life easier with the correct manual other wise you are working blind.

    Thats exactly what i thought ...
    ....the inverter connection may be different...
    I found the manual for the Compaq ....
    But cant find the one for the HP.....
    Any idea where its at.....
    Hp website dosent have it....
