LCD won't keep resolution settings

    Just got a Samsung LCD 941bw and set the res. to 1440 x 900. Whenever I shutdown and restart comp it reverts back to a lower res. Any ideas on how to make it stay so I don't have to keep resetting

    I was able to correct this myself and posting for reference.

    I had the monitor plugged into the second card in the SLI formation, once I moved it to the first card everything worked OK.

    This also corrected DVD playback and WMA playback problems I was having where it would play and there would be sound but no picture.
