Learning web design w/ Dweaver & Fworks both ver. 3

Being that i've recently turned into a computer junkie, and i guess my dad is bored of it...he gave me his domain name (coxhouse.net) and his dreamweaver 3 and fireworks 3 programs so that I could maybe self teach myself how to do web design!!

For the most part...i'm actually pretty good about just sitting down a figuring out how to use an application, but...as we all know, dreamweaver and fireworks are pretty complex programs!!

That being said...does someone know of any GOOD FREE online tutorials that starts you with the basics and works your way up?? Or atleast another good forum that maybe would be a better place to post this question!!
