could you get more specific, like what resolution you are trying to change it to and from. Is the resolution supported? Which operating system is it officially said to run under? Are you changing the resolution in game or before you launch it?

Any information would be helpful in finding a solution

Well its originally said to run under Win 95 but it does work on 98 because i remember running it on that before i got XP

and i'm changing the resolution in game its also set on the hightest one whichever that is.

If you tend to play a lot of old games, you may want to consider installing virtualbox so you can actually run Win 95 or whatever to play your games.

Speaking of old games Duke Nukem 3D works really good on XP.......well for me it does.

I've also used DosBox but i'm not a fan of it how you have keep mounting the drives everytime.

Virtualbox will mount the drives automatically for you each time

Hey there replying because I played this game but not on Xp.

Try using compatability mode for win 98 and I might suggest not trying to run it higher than 1024 by 768 old CRT monitor settings. Perhaps even 800 x 600.

If i remember right there were some areas that only opened up on a full moon..;)

Could always try vm ware or similar and install a virtual o/s its just like installing a real o.s but it runs from your xp desktop in its own window, of course you have to make sure that there is hardware / driver support for the Win 98 to be compatible with your current setup or else dont bother trying this.

    G luck guy:wave
