Hi There! Things went slower this time 'round...can't start physio for another 3 weeks <sigh>, so mainly recuperating for now which I see as a "glacier pace" rolleyesexciting stuffLOL

Cat loves it all though...doesn't leave my side for an instant!:)

Thanks LauraR! Good op, good results, now just need to heal sufficiently before start physio. Who knows, I just may end up as flexible as you are with your yoga once I'm back on track;):p

Thanks Phantom...glad that little nightmare is over. Back problem and that type of pain thankfully now gone;) Some consequence nerve damage as outcome, but reckon I can counteract that once I'm into hydro physio and later in the future with gym work for strengthening myself.

Must say, I reckon my cat went through more trauma than I did...cattery owner said he howled the first 5 days and refused to eat no matter how much TLC they gave him (strangely, the first 5 days were my worst in hospital). When he was delivered home upon my return, he was so verbal this past 24 hours - he certainly gave me a "tongue lashing" for the separation, and ensures I'm constantly in visual distance. But now he has settled down and is permanently stationed stretched out by my side, with a possessive paw resting on me, happily purring with a contented gaze in my direction.:)

As for need of Aussies on MG...dare I throw down the gauntlet here by saying...Aussies can have presence without needing strength in numbers:innocentLOL...Uh Oh! :duck

You can say that. :D I think Aussies rate around #3 or #4 in active members on MG. USA (of course), UK, then either Canada or OZ, IMO. Bazza
