I don't think it matters what your party is, or beliefs, I think all our Congress and Senate members should know the Constitution. :-D

How 'bout a law REQUIRING all elected federal officials to take a course, and refreshers, on the constitution? That'll get passed at the same time terms limits are passed. Hell will be solid ice on that day. :-D:-D:-D

 

Hmm, they were accusing each other of being out of order at the end. I wonder if the citizen was frog-marched out of there? :innocent :-D I'm sure some of you have seen Leno's 'Jaywalking' segments and as a Canadian, I get about %70 of the questions correct!:confused I do realize that it's skewed towards comedy but you have university students and teachers etc.not getting the simplest of questions!

Mr. Citizen is correct, it's their job to know the constitution, if not like a lawyer at least know it better than some immigrant and let it guide one's decisions in an optimal world.

Hmm, I wonder how Sen. Al Franken would fare with similar questioning especially since he sits on the judiciary committee now. Can't joke ones way out of that.:-D

 

I thought the people in the crowd was cowards. IMO they tried to make the citizen look bad and guy up front governer or whatever he was look good. IMO all people with a high duty in the USA should know a lot of the laws we go by. And atleast get the basics that people know.. freedom to speak:-D Its funny and sad that he is an official and is/was liked my many to run there place. I just came from a post yesterday about demo or republic should get abortions and this person that posted is the "other side" of the party.. and ( I forgot the party in the video rep or demo" but I felt like posted this video on there post about demo/rep should get abortions what they are against because there so dumb. Id say yeah look at your party! lol

 

Lobiondo learnt a valuable lesson that day,when answering questions in a public forum have at least five guys with tazers standing by for when your being harpooned by question,then you can have the guy removed and still look like your in the right.

Lobiondo won't run a refresher course on the constitution after this,one of his people will be fired for not having that guy tazed after 30 seconds.:-D
