IE causes web designer's hair loss, whether its because it renders the page unexpectedly with strange bugs, or whether you were babied writing crappy code which works in IE, but nothing else and then all of a sudden when you get into the big wide world you realise that there is more than 1 browser out there

Oh yes and the forward is hillarious. Microsoft can track the message, LOL, if that wouldn't be a breech of privacy rights I don't know what would.

Never really got on with Opera but I do have it installed for testing. I've also got the opera mobile simulator program thing too, which is handy

 

I think I first got that email in 1998. By now I should be as rich as old Billy Gates.

 

The best was about a little girl who needed surgery in California, and a billionnaire would give the very poor family a nickel for every time the email was forwarded so they could afford the surgery. People believe it and forward it to everyone in their address book (including me.) Address harvesting.

sounds like a crock of shit to me. i wouldnt waste my time, i have better things to do. i hate stupid chain letters, and people send them to my friends all the time and they all send them to me. what a bunch of crap.

wow. i guess it does work. ive never gotten an email saying all that, but most emails i get somewhat like that are bogus, but i guess microsoft did something right.

 

That's it... I'm inventing my own beta email tracking system. If Microsoft can afford to pay out like they do, then they must be making some serious ca$h!
