It's actually an "i".... iexplore is Internet Explorer. An upper case "i" looks just like a lower case "L". First thing I normally do with any .dll errors is to run Dial-A-Fix. I check all the boxes in the Registration Center and all the boxes in the SSL section, then click "Go". Dial-A-Fix is totally safe; it doesn't add or delete anything. The first time I ran it I was a bit intmidated because some of the options just sound scary.... anyway, give it a shot and let us know how it goes.
