Lexun RegScrubXP Problems

I ran this program once and everything seemed to go smoothly. Now, whenever I run "regscrub xp finds problems", it doesn't do anything once the program starts "processing=> COM Names." What am I doing wrong? I don't remember the program taking very long the first time through. Thank you in advance.

 

I had a similiar problem once. Try uninstalling the program then reinstalling it.

 

When I use it the program does seem to stop for a little while, then it comes back after about one minute. It seems to be shut down, but it is not. It has never run straight through for me, no matter how many times I reinstalled it. Still does the job though.

 

Thanks for everyone's help. I uninstalled it, re-installed it and it stuck again. I left it and when I came back, my computer had restarted after a blue screen of death. I dunno what happened but I think I am going to break down and actually pay for a program, like registry mechanic. Thanks again for everyone's help.

 

Instead try RegSeeker Free probably available here at MG and seems to me pretty safe to use.
