library-ms no longer working in Win 8.1

    Getting this msg in Win 8.1 "library-ms no longer working" on Music/Video Library folders. I followed the instructions to delete the folders and then to right click on Libraries to "Restore default libraries" . I am able to delete the folders but when I right click on Libraries nothing shows up (i.e. no dropdown displayed). What am I missing? Your help always appreciated!

    Libraries were disabled by Microsoft in 8.1, though it's easy enough to re-enable them. So we can understand exactly what you are looking at it would help if you could post a screenshot or two.

    False Alarm - I actually did manage to resolve this by right clicking on the Libraries folder and hit "Restore Default Libraries"
