Limewire constantly opening

Hi all, I have pruchased Limewire Pro and it was working just fine. But now, for no reason, it keeps opening itself up eventhough I close it.

Does that mean someone has hijacked my computer?

 

I forgot to add that I cannot receive my Outlook emails anymore, eventhough the IE is working.

 

Please, I would really seriously appreciate some help here. Now I have uninstall LImewire and I scanned my pc and it found a malicious virus that change my registry and that duplicates itself in various .zip files. I changed the registry using RegHance from Lavasoft since prompt command closes as soon as it opens. Now I scanned and it tells me that there are no viruses detected. However, a few applications open themselves by themselves, such as connect to my FTP server asking me for a password.

Could someone tell me what I should do?

 

I did everything Shadow_Puter_Dude told me too, but I did not yet attach the logfile. Ok... I shall attach it, and we shall take it from there. Thanks to make me realize that I skipped one step.
