Limited Connectivity - tried everything

Hi! For the past week, I have had "limited" or no connectivity with my Dell Inspiron. It's running Windows 8, I've had the computer for 9 months, and this is a new problem. All other computers in the house are connecting to the internet just fine. This computer connected to the internet at my parents' house just fine. I've tried the usual reset/unplug/etc and had Verizon reset from their end. No dice. I am not at all computer savvy. I have attempted various things from previous posts in this forum including changing power settings, disabling/enabling the profile, etc. The ipconfig/all prompt comes up with this:

Any help would be met with tears of joy.

 

Did you go and run threw Virus Scans and malware scans.There are some virus's and malwares that can block your internet connection out of no where.
