Greetings, 1dm, and welcome to MajorGeeks...

We need some more info from you: what's the make and model # of your machine (please include any Service Tag #s), and what operating system version and Service Pack # are you using?

Also, please download and run Speccy, a free system information tool.

When the scan completes, click 'File', 'Save as Text file', name the report, and save to an easily found location, such as your Desktop.

Be advised: the report will display your IP Address and Windows Product Key. You may delete this information if you so wish.

Then attach that file to your next post per these instructions: HOW TO: Attach Items To Your Post.

A few quick questions: Did the symptoms suddenly occur, or have you never been able to access the internet? Have you tried rebooting both your computer and your modem/router? What's the make and model # of your modem/router?

    Hello,
The problem started around Christmas time. The wifi says it's connected but then it says limites access and unable to get online . I found the win updates have been disabled so i'm thinking that might be the problem with out of date
drivers. I've submitted addtional info on attachment . Thanks for your help :)

    Good morning...

    1. You have both AVG and Microsoft Security Essentials running - you should get rid of one of these antivirus suites, because having both running will most certainly cause internet connection (and other) problems...

    2. Both LogMeIn and RealVNC are running - for troubleshooting purposes, both should be disabled and/or uninstalled...

Once you've cleaned all of that up, try reconnecting and let us know about any change in symptoms...

    ********************

I am seeing several Program Files entries containing something called SAAZOD and SAAZRemoteSupport.exe - are you familiar with this? The same applies to a folder named 'Kaseya'...

If those entries were created by you, then I'd suggest disabling them while we're troubleshooting (especially if they are some sort of remote control software)...

If, however, those entries are unfamiliar, then I strongly suggest that you perform all of the steps listed in the Read & Run Me First thread, then start a new thread in the Malware Forum and attach the requested logs to that thread.
