Link on Windows Logon Screen

Hi all !

I'm sure there must be a way to do this, but its flumoxing me at the moment ...

I'm trying to add a text hyperlink anywhere on the Windows XP Pro logon screen. I've been looking down the route of enabling the active desktop and displaying the background as a HTML page with the link on it, which is easy enough when a user is logged in, but I can't see how to enable this for the logon screen.

If anybody can point me in any direction on this one, it'd be very much appreciated !
