Hello anyone who reads this email,

I was just wondering could somebody send me a web site where i could download a free version of Linux. I need it for my final year project in college.
Also it would be of great benefit to me if any of ye guys or gals out there could tell me how i could find out how Anti-Virus Protection programs react to different viruses. Also how can the viruses effect the different platforms such as Windows XP,Windows mac,Windows 2000.

Please could somebody reply as soon as possible.

    Thanking You all

I would either download the LiveCD version of Knoppix or Mepis, which will run off of a CD, so you do not have to install on your harddrive. With Knoppix, you can create a "Persistant Partition, on a USB stick.
