List of Malware Problems Found

Hello, I'm not totally sure what malware files that my computer has detected with Malwarebytes are safe to remove without causing problems.

Multiple ADWARE.GAMEVANCE

PUP.Optional.Delta

Trojen.Agent

PUP.Optional.SweetPacks.A
PUP.Optional.SweetPacks

PUP.Optional.Wajam

Hijack.StartMenuInternet



There are some other PUP files that I havn't listed, also..

Should any of these be removed? If I remove them, will my system be safe? Thanks for your help and consideration.
