Live Onecare... POS?

Am I alone in thinking that this software is even more hassle than Norton Anti-virus?

For some reason the firewall has switched itself off, and when I attempt to switch it back on it hangs. Furthermore, the inbuilt XP firewall does not work at all.

I've tried uninstalling Live Onecare but am getting error messages; sorry can't remember the exactcontent but will get them if asked.

Any ideas please?

Thankfully I noticed before going online so have installed the free version of zone alarm as a temporary fix.

 

You could try removing while is safe mode.
