Load program at Startup in background

    What method would you use to load a prgram ie Photoshop into the backgound at startup so that It will load faster when I click the desktop Icon. I really only use PS and GoLive but I do not want the program to auto start and fully load at start up. ie, put icon in start up folder.

    I'm not sure there is a way.

    But, to load a program at startup minimized, would be to have the following in use:

    Start /min program_name.exe
