My Friends: Of recent I have noticed an annoying pop up on boot up which says:"Loading personalized settings...". It stays for a few seconds then goes away. Can someone tell me where is the folder for these settings and how I may edit it? Thanks a lot. Windows XP Pro, SP2.

To me it just sounds like a system thats been bogged down on boot up so you can actually notice where xp does its "loading personalized settings" bit.

Look at what you have loaded at start up and see if you need it all :)
