    Hi,

On my Laptop with WindowsXP (service pack 2) recently when I try to print, all that comes up in the print schedule/list is "local downlevel document" and there's a printer icon in the taskbar which keeps flashing. This happens even when I don't want to print sometimes. It just pops up.

I've tried scanning for viruses, including the"Fun love" virus etc. but no luck. Any ideas on what this could be?

What is this "local downlevel document" and why can't I print? The printer is working, and the computer recognizes it when I turn it on or off. I tried printing a test page, that wont work, it just asks me if I'd like to trouble shoot.
