lock down IE browser

    Somewhere in the last few days, I've seen instructions for locking down IE to improve security against malware. It included a link to a list of "bad" sites to add to the blocked list. I can't remember if this was an execute file or just a copy and paste list. Can any of you tell me where I can find this info?

    Follow the steps in the below thread and make sure you use Spybot's Immunize feature and SpywareBlaster's protections too.

    Which thread is that? Spybot's Immunize feature and Spyware Blaster (fully enabled) are running.
