    hello

ive been troubleshooting this problem i have with a few technicians and nobody could help. The lock i mean is the green lock you get on sites like aol mail for example. Recently whenever i open a email or website that has a lot of pictures or graphics the lock turns grey and a orange exclamation point over it. i click on it and it says "connection is not secure - parts of this page are not secure such as images" someone told me its adware but thats just popups im told so im guessing spyware? i bought superantispyware pro which aol recommended i do. i did the complete scans a few times in safe mode and normal mode. most sites however stay a gray globe like object. that says connection is not secure too. i recently reinstalled my OS and the same problem with the lock is still there. one aol technician said that its nothing to worry about and that its ok. i highly doubt it so i decided to ask you guys since the people on here seem to know much more than other sites regardng viruses and whatnot. attached are some pictures i took to show you better what im talking about.

i have tried many troubleshooting tips by technicians and they all havent been able to fix it. i googled around and what i read said that its effective to do that to get rid of viruses and such. so i have decided to reinstall my OS to factory settings. but i have a quick question. if i do that will it erase the data on my other internal drives i have?

Those questions need to be addressed in the software forum.
