locked up computer sending pic files

    what to do, what to do? trying to send a really large picture file and it was sent in large, now, nothing works, its been 18 hours any suggestions:

    I've moved your post to software ...and welcome to MG's.

    Are you sure it is locked up or that the files are just taking a long time to send?

    If you are sure it is locked up......hold the power button until the system shuts down. Then restart. What happens?

    Have reset, is there any way to cancel?

    Please explain....have reset? Do you mean you have restarted the computer and it is still locked up? What exactly is happening ....you need to be our eyes since we cannot see what is going on.
