Log pro needed for remaining issues

I am a newbie and it was recommended to me that I create a new thread here to seek help with remaining issues now that I've carefully followed the Malware Removal Guide.

In brief, the problems that still exist are:

- Windows Update appears to successfully install "Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool - Sep 2009 KB 890830" however upon reboot the same update appears to be required again and again.

- SAS and MAM are unable to launch, displaying error "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access at this time."

PS - I can see Trojan.Agent/Gen-Zbot is mentioned in the log, During the use of SAS, I was notified of Trojan.Agent/Gen-Zbot and followed the instructions to clean. Shortly after that is where the application stopped working and was no longer able to be reopened. Thanks.
