Login Tracker Help Me Get Rid Of It....

Hello,
I have the most annoying adware/spyware/virus on my pc. I am not sure what you call it but it drives me crazy. I know it must have come from some website I visit all of the time because it is on all three of my computers.

Well everytime I address a new website it get a quick flash url called (it never lets you see all of it, because it dissappears quickly)

Now that is as much of the address as I can get. Then after that it will display other full page commercial websites
I could be in the middle of playing a online game and it would change into a commercial ad selling website. I need to get rid of this. I have purchased adware/spyware software etc... but it hasn't help get rid of it yet. It totally took over all of my pc's and I am pissed. Please help me. I am not very technical but can follow simple directions:confused
