Logitech Support...

    I couldn't find a consumer report forum in these forums... I figured the lounge should do in its absense...

    I purchased a Logitech remote keyboard 18 months ago... It's numbers pad failed last week, near the time of a nasty hack hit, which destroyed the OS...
    I can't see how its related... but maybe..?
    Anyway, I emailed Logitech support... They emailed back in three hours... Fast! huh... They were super polite and instantly helpful... I phoned support, detailed the prob, and the receptionist says they are sending me the latest remote keyboard to replace the pooped one under three year warrenty...
    Seems Logitech doesn't toy with you in these matters.. just honest instant duty...
    Now if only I could get god to replace or refund my kid...

    Impressive indeed MA, not many companies would give good customer service like that... so things like this tend to stick with me in the decisions I make with hardware.


    Glad Logitech came through for you Monster :) Sadly kids dont have a returns policy, they are for life ;)

    Logitech customer support are brilliant, I agree.

    When they had referred me to a wrong product that I had ordered, I phoned them about it and they accepted the return and have given me a years gold membership (meaning I get 35% discount on most online products) :D

    I purchased Logitech 2.1 surround for my daughter.

    28 Watt. 4" Sub-woofer with Bass control. Wood shell.

    2" floaters. I mounted them on her wall.

    2 years old now. Never had a problem. $29.99 (Canadian) at Best Buy.

    Sound as good as my J.B.L's. With the kind of support you mention I think I would say Logitech has got their act together.

    yep, logitech have great product i knows my logitech mouseman Serial Version
    is still working i buy this with my 486 DX2 66 MHZ and after 10 years is still
    working perfectly i pay at the time $59.95 !!!
