I'm trying to unify a logitech keyboard with the logitech mouse on a Win7 OS on a dell latitude E6410 a logitech M325 mouse and K400 keyboard. I used the logitech unifying software I got from their website, but it is telling me it does not detect the receiver. It's obvious it works, because the mouse is working properly. ... any ideas what to do? Thank you for reading my post.:D

It is a unifying dongle? Not all the receivers are.

The receiver didn't have the unifying logo on it. I found one that did and now the keyboard and mouse are working together. Thanks so much for your help.
